The client has thousands of distributor / agents requiring business cards and stationery items. Annually, this meant that over 9,000 custom orders had to be processed with a low error rate and delivered on a short production schedule. To add to the challenge – state and federal compliance requirements had to be strictly maintained regarding mandatory copy on the business cards.

Solutions

TTG replaced the existing on-line ordering system with our InSight™ program. This provided a more comprehensive way to deal with compliance, proofing and the approval process. InSight proves to be a more robust technology across the board compared to what the client was using.
