Challenge
Brand consistency was a problem because many of the individual offices used different suppliers. The materials requisitioning system for the 54 locations was not automated. Inventory management and location usage reports were not available. Service levels and delivery schedules needed to improve.
Solutions
TTG built an on-line store where over fifty domestic and international rental locations can order supplies ranging from marketing materials and operational forms to business cards and specialty items. A customer service person is also available to help train the new locations going on-line and help existing offices manage inventory.
