HVAC FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1.  WHAT DO THE FORMS INCLUDE?

Forms include standard carbonless paper weight and colors, 2 standard ink color (forms are normally printed in 201 Maroon and Reflex Blue unless other colors are requested), Numbering in one position, packaged in shrink wrap in quantities of 100.

2.  WHAT ARE STANDARD INK COLORS?

Black, Reflex blue, Process Blue, PMS 300 Blue, PMS293 Blue, PMS151 Orange, PMS168 Orange/Brown, PMS471 Brown, PMS 185 Red, Warm Red, PMS201 Maroon, PMS 347 Green, PMS 354 Green, Pantone Yellow and PMS 431 Gray. For an additional charge you can choose any color from the PMS database Find /Search a PMS color here

3.  What is the production time?

Production is 10 working days after the approval of the proof.

4.  Are there proof charges?

The first proof is provided free of charge.  It will be emailed to you so you can see your form in color.  Any additional proofs are $15.00 per proof.

5.  Can these forms be changed?

The heading, including the logo/artwork you provide, will be set up at no additional charge.  You can make minor changes to the form at no additional charge.  Major changes to the form will have typesetting charges applied.  Contact your sales rep for quotes on typesetting or to see samples of custom forms.

6.  What file format do I need to send my logo?

High Resolution pdf or tif files, 300 dpi or higher.  A logo copied off the internet and then converted to a pdf file will not work.

7.  Can I have a tag stock for the back ply of the form?

Yes, #105 CF tag backer can be added to form for an additional charge.

8.  What else can you supply?

We can print any checks, envelopes, letterhead, marketing material, brochures, post cards, shirts, pens, hats, magnets or any other printing you may need.Remember the industry standard for custom printing is 10% over or under.
